Its time to take part in the Home Life Project again, how time flies!!! Its now the beginning of February and time to share some picture’s from the weekend of our family life. This weekend I was out most of Sunday with a friend visiting a Wedding show and helping her with Wedding plans so the kids spent the day with their Dad. I cant take all the credit for the pictures this month as a lot were taken by my husband, But I did manage to take a few before I left and when I got back later in the evening.
This months creative challenge is to capture reflection in our photography.
We started the day off by getting homework done so they could enjoy the rest of the day.
Our little girl is loving her new Jo Jo bow she bought herself with her left over Christmas money. I love this picture of her admiring herself in the mirror before her lunch date with Daddy.
Out at their favourite restaurant Smoke enjoying a yummy lunch.
I sure missed out didn’t I ?? mmmmm. Our big lad tucking into yummy brownie for desert.
Back home and Sunday night bath time routine ready for back to school.
A bit of chill time before bed.
The kids have had a wonderful Daddy day this weekend having yummy treats and daddy time while I was at the Wedding show. They sure have been very spoilt. My husband works long hours so a full day of quality time with him was a real treat. The photos my husband has captured really shows what a wonderful day they have had.
The Home Life project is run by Clare at Maybush Studio and is a lovely project capturing family life while also learning and trying out new photography skills which I’m also loving. The idea is to capture your home life in photographs. No posed pictures, just photos of your family doing what they do every day to preserve a record of your routine for one day a month.
Until next time
