A Could-Do List for October

Autumn is here and I am so very excited about sharing my could-do list for October .

I know I say this every month but I really can’t believe its October

If you are unsure what a could-do list it is basically a list of things you would like to achieve do experience in the month ahead. My inspiration came from my favourite magazine The Simple Things magazine where they share a could-do list for October and every month themselves.

The difference between a could-do list and a to-do list is it is written with no pressure to complete every task or feel disappointed if you don’t get round to doing everything. (no pressure)

October sees the change in season and is one of my favourite times of year where I get to enjoy all things cosy, so Octobers could-do list was very easy to write.

I am really looking forward to embracing the new season and taking in the sights, sounds and feel that Autumn brings.

My Could-do list for October

Pack away Summer clothes and pull out all my fluffy jumpers

 Autumn cleaning and de-cluttering

Enjoy a cosy night in

Take a walk through crunchy leaves

Pumpkin picking and carving

Visit Edinburgh for Halloween

Create a cosy home

Cook all things heart warming and comforting

Do you have any plans this month ? Are you ready to embrace Autumn and the month of October ?

I hope you have  great month and I look forward to hearing what you are all getting up to.

Until next time

Caroline X

My plans are to celebrate my birthday – whoop! I do love October and not just because it’s my birthday. It’s the perfect month for getting cosy and watching boxsets. Love it!

Oooh I like the idea of a ‘could do’ rather than a ‘to do’. For me it’s definitely all focused around getting organised. I’ve got so many little jobs around the house I need to do but just haven’t had time to get anything finished with being so busy with the two businesses so I’ll focus on doing some of them but not put the pressure on to do all of them before the kids break up for half term then we can do some fun things too

It really does tale the pressure off and give you lots of things to look forward to.
