Finally we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, the nights seem to be getting a little lighter, although the morning sunrise is still just before eight Spring is finally in my thoughts.
I can begin to see the end of Winter and slowly I feel like I want to come out from under my wool blanket and the hibernation I love so much. Yes I do love the cosy feeling Winter brings, snuggled on the sofa with a big mug of tea and candles lit all around the house -much to my husbands dismay. But I now long for a little more daylight, my skin is beginning to look dull and I look forward to a little glipse of Spring.
Yes it’s still Winter, but in between the cold wet days I want to start planning for the change in season and enjoy the slow move from Winter to Spring we can see all around us.

A could-do list is a very personal list you create just for yourself, it’s not another to do list of jobs you must get done, but a gentle reminder of ways you can slow down life. I’ve been writing mine for a few months now and it really helps me focus on the little things, without the pressure of failing.
Yes life is busy, I am not pretending otherwise but we need to remind ourselves that we are important too. Take a breath and slow it down just a little, really try to enjoy life one day at a time.
Maybe try writing your own could-do list this month and see how you get on, creating gentle reminders for the month ahead.
