19 Outdoor activities to enjoy this Spring

It’s the start of a brand new month this week but not only that, March see’s the change in season as we say good bye to Winter and we gain an extra hour of daylight when we change the clocks on the 26th March.

This month is also Mother day were we share a wonderful day and be thankful for our beautiful mums. It’s a day for us to spend together as a family and have a yummy lunch together. Its also a day to appreciate what my Mum means to me but also how lucky I am to be a Mum.

March also means Spring is on its way and hopefully we can start to get outdoors a little more. After a Winter of hibernation it’s nice to start thinking about the longer and lighter days and enjoy a bit more outdoor space. Its the month where we start to see the days get a little longer. We then hopefully can start to enjoy a bit of outdoor time in the evenings instead of getting in putting on our pajamas. I dont know about you but in winter once we are in from work and school its pj time and we wouldn’t dream of leaving the house again, but once the nights become lighter we can gain back more of our day and enjoy the extra hours and some outdoor activities.  It’s amazing how much the day is extended once we get a few more hour’s of light.

So I thought I’d share a few outdoor activity ideas you could enjoy this Spring.

Great list! We love planning long walks and exploring new areas. Although, we are now running out of areas to explore on Jersey! 🙂

Helpful ideas! Especially, “Plan a bike ride” is a great idea and you know it works for me a lot. Thanks for the first picture and you just help me to remember my childhood activities.
